A Season of Listening

Evergreen is beginning an important season of listening. As we look toward the future of our ministry, we want to better understand why many in our community, including members’ adult children choose not to attend this church—and, even more importantly, what we can do to strengthen our worship, our programs, and our sense of welcome for the next generation.

To help us learn, we are forming small focus groups made up of adult children of Evergreen members. These conversations will be guided by openness, humility, and a genuine desire to grow.

How You Can Help: We are asking Evergreen members to reach out to their adult children and invite them to participate. If they are willing to be part of a focus group, they may:

• Drop their contact information in the designated box in the Gathering Room.
