Inclement Weather
In ordinary conditions, Evergreen’s policy is to celebrate the Lord’s Day with a service of public worship.
We will close for reasons of public safety, which include Level 2 and 3 Snow Emergencies as declared by the Hamilton County sheriff.
If it is Sunday morning and you wonder if we are meeting for worship, check the following:
- WLWT
- The Evergreen Facebook page
- The Evergreen Website
- Your phone or voicemail for mass calls
If you are still in doubt, call an elder or Rev. Ben for updates.
As in all inclement weather, please take into account your own safety and risk tolerance in deciding to attend worship. We can adjust as needed to most absences.
If there is a Level 2 Snow Emergency in Hamilton County, church services will be cancelled.
Because we wish to leave the possibility of worship open as long as possible, the decision to close will be made at/around 8:30 AM on a given Sunday.
