Increment Weather In ordinary conditions, Evergreen’s policy is to celebrate the Lord’s Day
with a service of public worship. We will close for reasons of public safety, which include
Level 2 and 3 Snow Emergencies as declared by the Hamilton County sheriff. Because we
wish to leave the possibility of worship open as long as possible, the decision to close will be
made at/around 8:30 AM on a given Sunday. Evergreen will make a good-faith attempt to
communicate closings widely, including by email, on Facebook, using TV closing updates, and
by phone.
In all weather conditions, the congregation is encouraged to consider its own safety and risk
tolerance when making decisions about driving and attending worship.
When in doubt, the congregation should check email and other means of communication
about whether there will be services. Additionally, the minister is available to respond to calls
and texts about possible closings.
