- Advocate for better public transit in your municipality and do your part to try to bike, walk, or carpool
- Become an advocate in your neighborhood, community, or beyond
- Keep informed of the issues and upcoming votes. Write to your Congressional representative and local officials.
- Support efforts to create renewable energy in your community, and contact your elected policymakers to ask them to support infrastructure for renewable energy.
- Find where waste from your community goes. Waste is disproportionately disposed of in disadvantaged communities .

- Advocate for everyone to have clean water. Learn about the bodies of water near you and the pollutants your water faces. Water is a human right and gift from God.
- Consider the power of your pocketbook and make purchases that encourage change – from organic produce to electric cars.
